The company has been present in the market since 1987, when it was founded as a craft workshop specializing in cutting adhesive tape for stationery and office use, establishing connections with key players in the industry both nationally and across Europe.
The founding of Mac Autoadesivi.
1994
MAC Autoadesivi is founded, a direct vertical integration of Fralex and a strategic partner for the supply of water-based acrylic-coated materials. Over the years, thanks to continuous engineering improvements and streamlining of production facilities, as well as proactive policies responsive to the ongoing market changes, Fralex has become one of the leading manufacturers of adhesive tapes for organized distribution.
New machinery.
2003
The installation of the first high-productivity automatic cutting and packaging machines.
Expansion of the company’s facilities.
2007
Through the acquisition of a new property, both the production facility and the administrative and commercial offices were expanded, bringing the total area of the company to 18,000 sqm, of which 9,500 sqm are covered.
Expansion of production spaces and warehouse.
2019
A further expansion aimed at increasing the production facility area and the section dedicated exclusively to the warehouse and logistics.
Obtaining FSC certification and Silver ECOVADIS rating.
2022
Acquisition of ISO 9001:2015 certification, followed by the FSC certification and the ECOVADIS Silver medal.
